Item and Inventory:
The product(s) you are purchasing is a ‘pre-order,’ meaning there will be a production period of roughly four months in which the product will be manufactured before it is available for shipping.
You are purchasing an unofficial, fan-made product. All characters featured belong to Hoyoverse.
All rights of the works within the zine belong to the creators.
All items are for a limited time only. We will not restock nor re-open pre-orders after all items have been shipped out. Re-sales of our zine's products are strictly prohibited.
Prices and items included may vary depending on what bundle you select, so make sure to read the listings before purchasing.
Digital File Distribution:
We have several digital-only products available for purchase. They will not be sent on the day you place your order. We will not release any digital products until we begin shipping our physical products as well. Keep an eye on our social media and your emails for updates on your digital purchases.
Distribution of the digital booklet(s), wallpaper(s), and emoji set is not allowed. You will be allowed permission to download the files for your personal use. It is within the contributor's discretion if they would like to share their pieces after the production of the project.
Shipping and Handling:
All orders are shipped out from the USA. Domestic and International orders will all include a tracking number.
Although we ship internationally, the countries we are currently not shipping to are listed here: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Ukraine, Syria, Yemen. Even though we are unable to ship to these countries, you can have someone outside of these countries receive your order for you.
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Standard domestic delivery is approximately 14 days, while standard international delivery is approximately 1-2 months.
Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying. It will be the buyer's responsibility to claim their package from their local post within an adequate enough time. If your order is returned back to us you will receive a shipping fee invoice. This can also be found under "Returns and Exchanges".
Once production period is over and we ship out your order, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. We strongly suggest checking your tracking number daily or weekly for any transit updates and asking your local post office if they have anything in their records with your name or delivery tracking number. You can check your delivery tracking number by clicking on the tracking number email you received from [email protected] and on the top right, you should see "Pirateship Tracking Number" and "Delivery Tracking Number". That is the tracking number your post office will use when they deliver your package. or request for you to pick it up.
Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final. We will not accept refunds after our preorder period ends.
After orders are shipped out, we are not liable for any damage during shipping, transiting, and handling. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will not accept any returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.
Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless they pay for the cost of shipping again.

By purchasing this product, you are giving your consent that you are a legal adult (18 or above) and are aware that the contents of this product are not meant for younger audiences.
You (or any party representing you) agree not to hold the zine, the moderators, and the contributors of this zine liable if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 at the time of purchasing the "Sonnets of Breath and Bliss" product.
